Membership Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This agreement is concluded between www.seulbeauty.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER") and the user who becomes a member of www.seulbeauty.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the "MEMBER"), for the purpose of the MEMBER's membership to the website and benefiting from the services offered.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of the agreement is the sale of original Korean cosmetic products offered via the website owned by the SELLER, the determination of membership conditions, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

• Membership Information: The MEMBER accepts that the personal information provided while becoming a member is accurate and that they are responsible for all damages arising from the inaccuracy of this information.

• Guarantee of Authenticity: The SELLER undertakes that all Korean cosmetic products offered for sale on the website are 100% original and are supplied directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers.

• Password Security: The MEMBER cannot share the username and password given to them with anyone. The right to use the password belongs exclusively to the MEMBER.

• Rules of Use: The MEMBER may not use the website in a way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, or disturbs others.

4. ORDER AND RETURN CONDITIONS

• Hygiene Rules: In accordance with Law No. 6502; cosmetics, personal care, and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons if the packaging has been opened, the protection tape has been torn, or the product has been tested.

• Return Condition: Returns can only be made within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the packaging is unopened, the product is unused, and it is not damaged.

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)

The MEMBER accepts that the data declared in the membership form may be processed and stored by the SELLER for the purposes of campaigns, announcements, and analytical studies within the scope of Law No. 6698 (KVKK). (For detailed information, please see the Clarification Text.)

6. ENFORCEMENT

By completing the registration process, the MEMBER is deemed to have read and accepted all articles of this agreement. This agreement shall remain in effect until the membership is cancelled by the MEMBER or terminated by the SELLER.
