DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SELLER's website, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

• EXCEPTION FOR COSMETICS: In accordance with consumer protection regulations; cosmetic and personal care products whose protective elements such as packaging, seals, or security tapes have been opened are considered unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.

• Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery if the packaging is completely closed, the security seal is intact, and the product remains unused/untested.
